Barbecued Pork Ribs

This recipe is a classic American barbecue dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The ribs are slow-cooked over low heat until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. They are then glazed with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce and grilled until the sauce is caramelized.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Melvin’s BBQ Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to low heat.
  2. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and Melvin’s BBQ Seasoning.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1-2 hours, or until they are tender.
  4. While the ribs are cooking, combine the barbecue sauce and honey in a bowl.
  5. Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce.
  6. Grill the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of barbecue sauce you like.
  • If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the ribs in the oven.
  • Serve the ribs with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, potato salad, or baked beans.

Enjoy!
