Make the Nyama Choma:

In a large bowl, combine the Melvins Herbal Seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, red onion, green onion, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the beef stew meat to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the beef stew meat from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill the beef stew meat for 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Kachumbari:
